Our mission is to transform workplace culture by making menopause awareness an essential part of inclusion, retention, and wellbeing
For over 15 years, I worked at senior leadership level as a Head of Department. During that time, I began experiencing symptoms of menopause — but like so many women, I didn’t recognise what was happening at first, and my workplace wasn’t equipped to provide the support I needed.
Without the right systems in place — and with little knowledge myself of what was happening or the impact it would have — I found it increasingly difficult to continue in my senior role. That experience is why I’m passionate about helping other organisations get it right.
I know first-hand the exhaustion, frustration, and uncertainty that can arise when awareness and support are missing. That lived experience, combined with CPD-accredited training and workplace expertise, means I bring both empathy and authority to every organisation I work with.
Through M-Power, I now specialise in helping leaders, managers, and employees create menopause-confident workplaces where people feel understood, valued, and able to thrive.
