Sarah’s mission is to transform workplace culture by making menopause awareness an essential part of inclusion, retention, and employee wellbeing.
Having spent over 15 years working at senior leadership level as a Head of Department, she began experiencing symptoms of menopause, but like so many women, didn’t recognise what was happening at first, and her workplace wasn’t equipped to support her.
Without the right systems in place, and with little knowledge herself of what was happening or the impact it would have, she found it increasingly difficult to continue in her senior role. That experience is what drives her passion to help other organisations get it right.
Sarah understands first-hand the exhaustion, frustration, and uncertainty that can arise when awareness and support are missing.

Menopause Experts Group, gives her the unique ability to bring both empathy and authority to every organisation she works with. She is recognised as a
Licensed Menopause Champion.
Today, she works with leaders, managers, and employees to create menopause-confident workplaces where people feel understood, valued, and able to thrive.
